When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 5PM, please arrive no later than 4:55PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, please be comfortable and know that Myrtle Beach is going to be very hot in July. The venue is outdoor with no AC access, only fans will be available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP with the number of children in your party.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we are still working on a group rate, but we do have a list of hotel recommendations in the area if you would like a copy.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please make note of an allergies on your RSVP so we may notify the catering team ahead of time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a grass and gravel area to park; the venue is located in a large barn structure, on a private property lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, there is not. However, we will notify this website and the guests if this were to change and have that arranged from the hotel with the room block.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a rehearsal dinner the night before, at the Crooked Hammock. Please notify Cathy or Jeremy of your travel plans if you plan to be in town and would like to attend any gatherings they may have planned leading up to the wedding.
