FAQs

Question

RSVP Deadline

Answer

Kindly RSVP using the RSVP tab of this website by November 1, 2026.

Question

Arrival Time

Answer

Guests may arrive beginning at 4:00 pm, with the ceremony beginning at 4:30 pm. If you're coming from outside of Tampa, please leave early to account for Friday rush hour traffic and construction in the area.

Question

Invitees

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate guests listed on each invitation.

Question

Attire

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable and confident, so choose an outfit that feels elevated and festive, such as a suit or a dressy ensemble. Please no jeans or shorts. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, please dress for the January weather and consider bringing a jacket or wrap for when the temperature drops after sunset.

Question

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know. When you RSVP, there will be a space to provide information about your needs. Our caterer will take care to prepare special meals to accommodate you, but can only do so with advance notice.

Question

Parking

Answer

The venue has around 80 parking spaces in 2 lots to accommodate guests, including several handicap spaces. Both parking lots are accessible off of Laurel Street.

Question

Hotels

Answer

If you would like to book a hotel near the venue, we have reserved a block of rooms at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa Downtown (1105 North Tampa Street, Tampa, FL 33602). This hotel is a convenient 4-minute drive (14-minute walk) from the venue and provides a free breakfast buffet. To learn more and book, visit the "Travel" tab of this website. If you would prefer to stay closer to the beach, we recommend booking a hotel or home rental near Clearwater Beach or Indian Rocks Beach. If you prefer a more urban vibe with art, restaurants, and nightlife, we recommend St. Petersburg near Central Avenue.

Question

Things to Do

Answer

We are so excited to host you in the heart of the Tampa Bay area! Whether you want to explore city life or soak up the sun on the coast, here is how you can enjoy the best of Florida: - Stroll the Tampa Riverwalk: Located right by our venue, this 2.6-mile path connects downtown parks, museums, and waterfront dining. Be sure to stop by Armature Works in the historic Heights District for a fantastic variety of food and drinks in a beautiful, open-air setting. - Discover Downtown St. Pete: Cross the bay to enjoy a thriving arts and culture scene. Don’t miss the world-renowned Salvador Dalí Museum, or take a walk along the stunning St. Pete Pier to enjoy waterfront views, local markets, and public art. - Visit the Gulf Beaches: For a classic Florida beach day, head to the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach, the serene and picturesque Sand Key Park, or the laid-back, "Old Florida" charm of Indian Rocks Beach. - Catch a Tampa Bay Lightning Game: If you’re a hockey fan, you might consider catching a game at the arena! The official 2026/2027 NHL schedule is typically released in the summer, so we recommend checking the schedule this fall to see if the Bolts are playing at home during your stay.
