FAQs

The Wedding Website of Michelle Cat and Austin Hunter
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! We’ve put together a few helpful details below to make planning your visit as easy as possible. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. As we get closer to the wedding day, you may also contact our Matron of Honor, Thuy Carman, for any day-of questions.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Thursday, July 9, 2026.

Question

How do I get to the venue? When should I arrive?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Eagle Ridge Golf Club (2951 Club Dr, Gilroy, CA 95020). The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. Upon entering Eagle Ridge, let the attendant know you’re here for a wedding. Continue straight through the residential area. The clubhouse will be on your right after the second stop sign. Park in the lot and enter through the green double doors facing the street.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For women, please wear midi or maxi dresses, dressy skirts, or elegant jumpsuits. To match the joyful feel of the day, we encourage pastels, bright colors, or soft neutrals! Please avoid wearing black. For men, please wear your best button-down shirts, slacks, and dress shoes. Jackets optional.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests put away phones and cameras during the ceremony and be fully present with us in the moment. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture everything, and we promise to share those photos with you!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will not be a full open bar. A cash bar will be available just outside the reception hall, where guests can purchase drinks throughout the evening.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will conclude at 10:00 PM.

Question

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift—we’re just grateful to celebrate with you! If you feel inclined, there will be a card box at the welcome table for contributions to our newlywed fund.
