FAQs

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says, "and Guest," then yes, if not, we prefer if it was just you.

Question

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

Wedding attire is formal black tie optional. For men, this means a tuxedo or dark suit and tie are appropriate. For women, this means a floor length gown or cocktail dress.

Question

RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

RSVPs are required by Sunday, October 4th. Please RSVP by clicking RSVP above and type in your name.

Question

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Answer

There is plenty of open parking at Stonebriar Country Club However, please enjoy the complementary valet! Better yet - we recommend catching an Uber from your hotel! We love you all and want you to get home safe.

Question

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE

Answer

We strongly encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony in order to allow appropriate time for valet. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 PM.

Question

What safety precaution are you taking in response to COVID-19

Answer

Here are a few of the measures Stonebriar Country Club is taking to make sure you are safe: - Masks are required inside the clubhouse. Masks may be removed during a ceremony service, and while guests are seated waiting for food, and while eating and drinking of course. -There are automatic hand sanitizer stations throughout the club. -We have a strict sanitization and cleaning schedule we adhere to for all for our spaces. -We have tweaked our presentation for food and items on the tables – all stations and buffets are staff attended with elegant plexi-glass dividers between the food and guests, all hors d’oeuvres are hand passed by servers with serving utensils in hand, all waters on tables are preset with glass covers over the top, and all silverware is tucked into a napkin folded over a charger plate. -All tables must be 6’ apart (which is our standard anyway).

Question

How will people know I’m not hugging or wanting to be close to anyone not in my household?

Answer

Prior to the ceremony we will have waistbands everyone can wear in response to your own safety precautions you are personally taking. Red- “Hi! I’m keeping my distance” Yellow- “Okay with talking but not hugging” Green- “Okay with hugs & handshakes”

Question

Ceremony & Dinner Locations

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors. If you feel more comfortable only attending the outdoor portion of the night, please email ligononlove@gmail.com.
