While the official wedding ceremony start time will be listed on your invitation’s, we kindly request that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the official ceremony start time in order to get settled before the proceedings. All those who arrive after the start of the ceremony, will be denied entry until the ceremony concludes.
Tyler and Cathy are having an unplugged ceremony, which means that they kindly request absolutely no flash photography or video during the wedding ceremony. They have invested in professional photographers to beautifully capture this special moment, and kindly request that you be fully present during the ceremony. Please refrain from any cell phone use during this time.
The dress code is ‘Black Tie optional’. This simply suggests that guests arrived in suit and tie, long dresses, cocktail dresses, and jumpsuits. We kindly request no casual dresses, jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or casual street wear are worn during the ceremony or reception. We can’t wait to see all our beautiful people!

Please park on the East side of the venue. You will enter through the main venue entrance. Our wedding coordinator will direct all guests to the East Side Ceremony site where you will find a bunch of welcome goodies to explore!

We have elected to secure a hotel block at the Simsbury Inn, very close to the venue. I am sure you will have an incredible stay there. Please take advantage of local ride share options such as Uber and Lyft, to ensure a safe arrival to the hotel.

To ensure the safety of all guests attending the wedding, a complimentary shuttle service has been provided to transport guests to The Simsbury Inn, where a discounted room rate will be provided to those attending the Swett/Esposito Wedding Party.
