Flight
We recommend flying directly in to Charlottesville. The airport is a 25 minute drive from the recommended hotels and UVA corner.

Guests may also fly into Washington DC (Dulles or Reagan airports). You will need to rent a car - Charlottesville is a ~2.5 hour drive from Dulles, and ~3 hour drive from Reagan.

The Richmond airport offers fewer direct flights than DC area airports, but is only a 1.5 hour drive to Charlottesville.
Train
Charlottesville is also accessible by Amtrak. It's a 7 hour ride from New York Penn Station to Charlottesville station.
