Answer

When should I check in? Check in starts at 2! When should I be at the ceremony? Please be at the lodge by 3 as that is when our pre-ceremony cocktail hour begins. There will be appetizers and all nonalcoholic drinks are on the house! From there it will be announced when we are moving to the ceremony spot.

RSVP

Answer

When should I RSVP? Please RSVP by the 10th of May! If you have not RSVP’d by then you won’t have a chair to sit on and you might go hungry, so please PLEASE remember to RSVP! You can do so here on the website or by sending in your RSVP card. Can I bring a date? Please check your RSVP card to see how many seats we have reserved for you. Unfortunately, if it doesn’t say at least two seats we are not able to extend an invite to a date. Are kids allowed? Unfortunately, this will be a kid free event apart from any children in the wedding. We love your little ones, but are not able to accommodate any more people in our venue. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request? Yes, partially, please state your restrictions or allergies when RSVPing as our venue offers different options for different restrictions. Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding? All events will be shown to you when you RSVP!

Are you registered? Where? We are registered here on Zola! We have most of the essentials but have a few things on there as well as a cash fund to go toward our honeymoon ♡ Please do not feel obligated, but if you do decide to gift us with something we are extremely grateful!

Dress Code

Answer

Is there a dress code? No specific dress code! We do ask you to come in your Sunday best as we want you to get all dressed up for a night out. Think country chic! However, we are just happy you are coming so no specific attire is required! Would you like us in specific colors? To get a cohesive look try to come in solid colored outfits (no florals) in colors like dusty blue, sage green, or dusty pink!

Do you have any hotel recommendations? YES! Please check the accommodation section of our website. Do you have any recommendations on food/activities once in town? Yes, check out our things to do page on our website!

Transportation/Parking

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? Yes, there is parking at the lodge as well as some parking at the ceremony space. We will have a shuttle for most of our guests but it is first come first serve. If you do not make it on one of the three trips you will have to drive your personal vehicle. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? We are looking into a shuttle for any guests staying at the Marriott in Auburn! It would have two designated pick up times to the lodge and two designated pick up times back to the hotel. Once that is official I will update!
