This is one of our favorite spots to walk/run along the historic and beautiful trails! Located just 15 minutes from Villanova, you can explore the encampment site of the Continental Army during the winter of 1777-1778. The park features 3,500 acres of meadows, woodlands, and monuments commemorating the sacrifices and perseverance of the Revolutionary War generation. Stop at the Visitor Center for guided tours and more information!

Valley Forge Historic National Park

The famous Philly indoor market, featuring Philly's best, unique food (yes, they have Cheesesteaks!) and other specialties. Take the train from Villanova or just a 30 minute drive downtown to experience some of the best of Philly!
