We always dreamed of a love that would know no end, but in our hearts we knew that it was ultimately God's dreams for us that we truly longed for. We were blessed to receive the gift of faith at infancy - there was no better gift than that which our parents could have given us. Thus faith shaped every aspect of our lives. It formed our hearts, our conscience, and our desires. Our pursuits, the small and the great alike, were rooted in this hope and because we kept seeking God's will for our lives, He brought us together when we least expected. ~ We met at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Wichita through Catherine's brother Patrick and our Srodowisko community. As we got to know each other, we learned that we had many similar interests, the greatest being our love for Jesus, Mary, and Joseph... and Lord of the Rings. ~ We went on our first coffee date in July of 2024, where we discussed philosophy, theology, and literature, what else could a guy ask for. The same evening we went dancing with friends and a true appreciation for life together quickly developed. ~ We began dating in August of the same year, and our love and affection for each other began to grow as we committed ourselves to God's will for our lives-our lives together. The example of Joseph and Mary served and continues to serve as a model for us to imitate. We have much to learn about marriage and vocation, but through the grace of the Sacrament of Matrimony and our devotion to Christ in the Eucharist we know all things are possible. ~ "WHERE THERE IS LOVE, CHRIST IS THERE"
