Room Block

We have a small block of rooms reserved at the Hyatt Place for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The discounted room rate will also be available 1-day pre the contracted peak dates, based on availability. If you plan to stay Friday or Saturday, please book immediately. Saturday is the BIG Carolina - Duke game so the hotel will fill up quickly. The last day for reservations to receive the block rate is January 14th but is based on availability.

Social Distancing

Answer

We will do our best to keep all as safe as possible. If you are uncomfortable in the smaller ceremony space, you are welcome to go directly to the reception space. There will be more space for us to keep people distanced there. We plan to have the ceremony available on live stream there.

Are masks required?

Answer

We will follow CDC guidelines and Orange County recommendations in February so we may ask all cermony guests to mask up. If we do, masks will be provided. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask regardless, please do so.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Transportation -- Shuttle from the Hyatt Place location will run from 3:45 until 11:30 pm
