What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5:45. Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM. Please be aware this is Apple Festival weekend and traffic will be very heavy. Allow for extra time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress - Vineyard Chic think elegant, romantic, and comfortable enough to dance the night away. Ladies: flowy dresses, heels or stylish flats. Gentlemen: suits or dress shirts with personality. October's weather can vary anything from hot and sticky to cold and windy. Just dress appropriately.

Can I bring a date?

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally included on the invitation. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we kindly ask for your understanding that plus-ones cannot be extended to all. Guests who are invited as part of a couple are, of course, warmly welcomed together. Thank you for respecting our wishes as we keep our guest list thoughtfully limited.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party and family.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is at Roo Mountain Vineyards. Main lots and auxiliary lots to be used for overflow during Apple Festival.
