What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Picking out what to wear for a wedding can be difficult! Depending on who you ask or what website you go on, each attire can be explained differently. For our wedding, think of the appropriate attire as a hybrid between cocktail, semi-formal, and formal attire. Please refer to the collage above for outfit inspiration. There is no color palette or theme to adhere to. Appropriate outfits include: mid-calf to floor length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jacket and tie, or suits (tuxes not necessary).

The wedding celebration includes a short ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and a reception.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please show up 30 minutes early. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30pm, and the reception will begin at 5:30pm and end at 10pm.

3:30pm! The ceremony begins at 4pm, so please arrive 30 minutes early.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be both outdoors and indoors. The reception will be indoors.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

There is not a room block, but we recommend you stay at either the Swan Reserve, the Swan Hotel, the Dolphin Hotel, or Disney's BoardWalk Inn. All these hotels are a short walk to the venue and offer free bus transportation to Disney Springs and the Disney Theme Parks. There are also other hotels recommended under the travel tab on the website that are just a short drive to the venue.

I am traveling from out of town, where should I fly?

Answer

The Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the venue. The Tampa International Airport is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from the venue.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

If you are staying at the Swan Reserve, the Swan Hotel, the Dolphin Hotel, or Disney's BoardWalk Inn, it is a fairly short walk to the venue. If you are staying elsewhere, there is an outdoor parking lot at the Swan Reserve where you may park your vehicle.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the intimacy of the venue, we simply are unable to extend invites for plus ones to all of our lovely guests. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only. Thank you so much for understanding!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after party?

Answer

The reception ends at 10pm. There is no formal after party, but for our party people, the Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney's Boardwalk is a short walk from the venue. There are also many clubs in the immediate surrounding Orlando area.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

There will be hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Dinner will include a salad, your choice of entree, and cake. Entree options include Seared Herbs De Provence Organic Chicken Breast With Meyer Lemon Jus, Potato Pave and Asparagus, Zucchini, and Carrots or Char Grilled Beef Tenderloin Filet With Cabernet Sauvignon Reduction, Potato Pave and Asparagus, Zucchini, and Carrots. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we can accommodate.
