What will the weather be like in October?

Answer

Rhode Island weather in October is usually mild (low to mid-60s). Both the ceremony and reception are indoors, but a light jacket or sweater is recommended for the outdoor cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend formal attire (full or midi length dresses for the ladies and suits for the guys) but really we're just excited to spend time with you, so wear whatever makes you feel your best!

Are the ceremony and reception being held in the same place?

Answer

No, the church is just around the corner from the reception venue. It’s technically walkable, but shuttles will be provided after the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we plan to have a shuttle to and from the hotels we have room blocks at (Fairfield and Hampton Inn).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, if you drive to the ceremony or reception, free street parking should be available. The same applies to the Welcome Reception the night before.
