Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors beneath the Royal Park Pavilion on the grounds of the Royal Park Hotel. Guests will then be invited to cocktail hour, followed by the reception with dinner and dancing in the Grand Ballroom, all located just steps away inside the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a black-tie formal celebration. Tuxedos or dark suits for men and floor-length gowns/dresses for women are encouraged. Dress to impress!

Parking & Arrival

Answer

When arriving at the Royal Park Hotel, please note that our event entrance is not at the main front entrance of the hotel. Upon arriving, enter the parking lot and proceed around to the back of the hotel, where the South Gallery is located. Complimentary valet parking will be available upon arrival.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are planning to attend our ceremony, it begins promptly at 5:30 pm. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to be seated and settled before we begin, as seating is limited.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony, please turn off phones and cameras so our professional photographers can capture the moment. Feel free to snap away during the reception!

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding is an adults-only celebration.

Do you have a hotel block or accommodation recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We've reserved a block of rooms at the Royal Park Hotel for your convenience. Please visit the Travel tab on our website for booking details. To book over the phone, call the hotel's Social Reservationist at (248) 453-8625 and mention the Giambanco/Orlando wedding to receive the group rate.
