Where is the wedding venue?

Is there car parking at the venue?`

Answer

There is a large car park at the venue, so feel free to use this, though all cars must be off-site by 10AM on the following morning.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to dress their best for our special day! Let's celebrate in style!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All invited guests will be named on the invitation.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We would love for parents to join us and let their hair down for the evening. Only family children will be present. If you have a young infant you would like to bring please contact us directly.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

There will be a coach leaving from Bicester at 11:45 on the day of the wedding. There will also be a coach from the venue back to Bicester at midnight. Please state 'will attend' in your RSVP for each journey, if you would like a seat, so we can finalise numbers with the coach company.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We would recommend the Travelodge in Bicester as this is where the coach will return too, but anywhere in Bicester would be fine! https://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/603/Bicester-hotel

Does the Travelodge have car parking?

Answer

Sadly, as the hotel is right in the Town Centre the hotel does not have its own car park, but they recommend using the Sainsbury's car park next door. Just remember to pay for your parking on the app!

What is the plan for the 'Day 2'

Answer

Join us for a relaxed brunch from 11 AM at The Kitchen and Bar, Whitelands – Bicester (OX26 1AJ). We'd love to see those of you staying in Bicester for the night! There’ll be a delicious brunch buffet—perfect for refueling before your journey home. If you're not ready for the celebrations to end, stick around and keep the party going with us into the night!
