We went together to Jeju Island (South Korea) for a short weekend trip. David secretly organized a hot air balloon ride and thought it would be a cool way to propose. However, he was a bit unfortunate with the super duper windy weather on that day. LOL He brought Catherine to the hot air balloon site, while telling her that they were going there to have Korean BBQ (at 4-ish in the afternoon, and he claimed that he was very hungry already). Luckily Catherine was too excited about eating, to omit this weird behavior. When they were on the hot air balloon, things did not go as romantic as David thought. The balloon was not able to float in the air for more than 15 seconds before it crushed again onto the ground due to the strong wind. It was actually quite scary. While struggling to keep his balance, David used 100 years to take out the ring from his unorganized backpack. And when he was asking Catherine to be his wife on his knee, he almost dropped the ring XD Also Catherine was quite distracted, as the balloon was shaking too much when going up and down. She somehow said "Oooooooook! But get up and hold the handrail!" Once they landed, Catherine asked David "So, what did you just say again? ^^" It remained a mystery till today...
