The health and safety of us and our loved ones is a top priority. Because of this, we are asking that all guests take a test for COVID-19 prior to the wedding, regardless of vaccination status. We encourage guests to consider your own personal level of exposure when deciding exactly when to take the test, but we ask that one is taken within at least 48 hours of the event. A rapid test day-of is preferred. Tests can sometimes be tough to find on short notice, so it's never a bad idea to plan ahead!
We are expecting roughly 150 guests at this time. Weather permitting, we will have our ceremony outdoors and our reception indoors. At the reception, doors and windows will be open as much as possible, and outdoor covered porches or the lawn can be accessed throughout the night. Our reception will be a station-style dinner, and guests are free to mingle and mix to the extent that they wish. All vendors (aside from the band) regularly wear masks. Masks are always welcome for guests who feel most comfortable wearing one.
Cocktail attire, please. But our main goal is that you arrive comfortable and ready to have a great time! Keep in mind that the weather in early April can be somewhat unpredictable and there are both indoor and outdoor spaces at our venue.
As much as we love and adore all of the children in our lives, we are unable to accommodate children at our venue, with the exception of those in the bridal party.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. Free parking is located just across the street. Refer to the venue's website (merrimonwynne.com/parking-instructions) for more information.
We have reserved blocks of rooms at three hotels in the area. Refer to the Accommodations page for more information.
We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Amazon, and here at Zola. You can locate the Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, and Amazon registries directly from their sites, or head over to the Registry page to view all four registries in one place.
