Is there transportation provided?

Answer

There is transportation provided for the reception at Hamilton Farm, but not the church ceremony at St. Brigid. You will need to provide your own transportation to St. Brigid. For the reception at Hamilton Farm, there will be buses going to the reception from the hotel starting at 4:45pm (cocktail hour starts at 5:30pm). At 10:30pm at Hamilton Farm, there will be buses going back to the hotel and at 12:00AM for those staying at the after party.

The church ceremony at St. Brigid's starts at 2:00pm and ends at 3:00pm. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes early.

No, there is not scheduled programming between the ceremony and the reception. The ceremony at the Church will end at 3:00pm. Please return to the Marriott hotel or your accommodation in the meantime. Shuttles to the reception at Hamilton Farm will be provided, departing from the Marriott Hotel at 4:45pm.

Answer

Black tie optional. For Men, tuxedos or dark suits are the preferred options. For Women, full-length evening or cocktail dresses are the preferred options.

The weather is anticipated to be intervals of clouds, sunshine, and showers. A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible in the afternoon, so please come prepared / bring an umbrella.

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors at St. Brigid's Church. The cocktail hour will take place indoors and outdoors (if it rains, will be fully moved indoor). The reception is fully indoors. Please bring an umbrella in case of stray rain showers as it is July.

What is the wedding timeline?

Answer

Please refer to the schedule tab on Zola. High level timeline is the church ceremony is from 2:00-3:00pm. Guests return to their accommodations. Buses depart from Marriott starting at 4:45pm for cocktail hour from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Dinner and dancing to follow until 10:30pm. After party until 12:00am. Buses will depart for the Marriott at 10:30pm and 12:00am from the reception.
