Black Tie Preferred. We would love to see everyone in an evening gown, tuxedo, or dark suit and tie. We are looking forward to all of our friends and family dressed up in their best attire!
The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm and we have buses coming to pick guests up from the hotel to ensure everyone has comfortable transportation. The buses will be arriving at the hotel at 4:30pm and departing at 4:45pm. That gives everyone plenty of time to sip champagne while enjoying the St. John’s River before the ceremony begins.
There is parking at the venue available. If you plan to drive yourself please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be those in the wedding party.
We highly recommend using Ubers throughout the weekend if needed. The airport is a 20 minute drive from the hotel, the welcome party will be within walking distance from the hotel, and we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue.
This is a highly recognized golf tournament on the PGA Tour. This will cause additional traffic and congestion near Jacksonville Beaches. If you plan to head to the beach side of Jacksonville during the weekend expect heavy traffic with upwards of two hour wait times, we recommend Neptune Beach area where it might be slightly less congested. The wedding will be held in San Marco and will not be affected by these heavy traffic patterns.
