Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal, look your best! Ladies, if you are wearing heels, wear a thicker heel that won't sink into the ground. Want to bring comfy shoes but don't want to carry them around? We will have a shoe garage to park your dancing shoes upon your arrival.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be at The Meadows.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A little bit of both, but mostly outside.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have two hotel blocks. Please see the Hotel & Shuttle Tab. The Country Inn has agreed to provide early check in for anyone arriving on June 5th, but have not guaranteed a time. They will have a boardroom to lock belongings in, in the worst case.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. All vehicles left at the venue overnight must be picked up by noon on Saturday, June 6. There is also parking at the hotel for anyone who has booked a room.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles to and from the hotel. Length of bus ride: 15 minutes

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but with venue space and budget in mind, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitations. The only little ones at the wedding will be those in the wedding party. Thanks for helping us keep things small and intimate.

Do you have a Registry?

Answer

We feel so lucky to already have everything we need to make our house a home. If you’d like to give a gift, we kindly ask for a monetary gift to go towards our future together.
