What COVID safety precautions are you taking?

All wedding events throughout the weekend are completely outdoors. We have also been working with our vendors to ensure they are following all COVID safety protocols. Additionally, we are requiring all guests to be fully vaccinated for events. Our number one priority is your health & safety. We want to make sure all of our loved ones feel comfortable if you do choose to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not able or do not feel comfortable getting vaccinated beforehand, we completely understand and hope to celebrate with you at a later date. Do I need a negative COVID test to return to the USA?

Answer

Yes! Before boarding a flight to the United States, you are required to show proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test result taken on either the day of travel or the day before travel. Please refer to the CDC website for all of the details: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/testing-international-air-travelers.html There are many testing sites available in town. Your villa hosts or hotel can also help schedule this for you. We highly recommend booking in advance. One that we can recommend is The Sayulita COVID Testing Center located right in town. Antigen tests cost ~$66 USD ($55 USD if you pay cash) and you will receive email results within 5 hours. You can find more info here: https://www.sayulitalife.com/covid-testing-center. You also may be able to use an at-home test, but you must take the test while video calling a telehealth provider. Please research all of the details here to see if your at-home testing routing is eligible for entry into the US.

When should I RSVP by?

By December 15th but the earlier the better. We can't wait to hear from you!

When should I book lodging & transportation?

Answer

As soon as possible! March is a popular month in Sayulita because of the great weather and low chance of rain. If you know you’ll definitely be joining us, we highly recommend booking a villa with a group of friends or staying at one of the beautiful boutique hotels in town.

Are you offering transportation to the wedding?

Answer

If you are staying in Sayulita, we will be providing shuttles to and from the wedding venue! We have scheduled shuttles to pick you up from your hotel or villa at 4pm. There will be "early" return shuttles at 11pm and "late" return shuttles at 1am. If you are staying outside of Sayulita, we recommend booking transportation in advance! All other wedding events are taking place in Sayulita, so you can easily walk or golf cart to them.

What is the dress code for the ceremony + reception?

Beach formal! Ladies, think midi-to-long dresses. Guys, think suits and tie.

What is the best way to get around Sayulita?
