These are some hotel recommendations for the surrounding areas. Marquette is a farther option however provides more opportunities for sightseeing, hikes, shopping, and art exhibitions. Escanaba/Gladstone is also a recommended area for hotels. Escanaba/Gladstone lies on US 2 and is the closest option for our travelers coming from the south. If you're staying for the weekend, we recommend checking out Presque Isle in Marquette and the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Munising!
