We first noticed each other as neighbors—I (the groom) couldn’t help but be drawn to her beauty and quiet mystery, because she rarely came out, and whenever she passed by my house, she would run, leaving me both curious and amused. Weeks later, through the simple connection of our younger siblings, we found a way to bridge the gap—I got her number, and that was the start of it all. At first, we called each other ‘silingan’ in our texts and conversations, laughing at the simple bond we shared, not knowing that God was planting the seeds of something far deeper. As time passed, our friendship blossomed into love. But our journey was not always easy—we encountered many trials that tested our patience, faith, and commitment. There were misunderstandings, challenges, and moments that could have shaken us apart.
