Travel

The Wedding Website of Catey Carey and Brooks Miller
If you are looking to spend a little time in NYC before meeting us in Germantown, we recommend flying into one of the NYC based airports, and taking the Amtrak at Penn Station to the Hudson Valley. It is an incredibly beautiful scenic route along the Hudson River. If you're making a quick trip of it, we recommend flying direct into Albany (about an hour drive to Germantown) but you will most likely need to connect.

Flight

Albany International Airport (ALB)

This is the closest airport to Germantown if you are looking to get right to Hudson Valley

Flight

Stewart International Airport (SWF)

Located in New Windsor, NY, this airport offers more airlines (like Allegiant, Delta, JetBlue) and better deals than smaller regional airports, with shuttle services available if arranged in advance.

Flight

LaGuardia (LGA), JFK (JFK), Newark (EWR)

NYC area airports provide the most extensive flight choices and often the best prices but are significantly farther from Germantown

Train

Amtrak Train

from NYC's Moynihan Train Hall (Penn Station) heading north along the Hudson River Closest Stops: Get off at Rhinecliff (about a 20-minute drive to Germantown) or Hudson (about a 15-minute drive). Final Leg: From the station, you'll need a taxi, rideshare, or pre-arranged transport to reach Germantown. To purchase Amtrak tickets at Penn Station (Moynihan Train Hall), you can use the staffed ticket office, self-service kiosks, or the Amtrak app/website for eTickets.
