Eduardo and Cate had always dreamed of visiting San Sebastián, Spain, and when they finally made the trip together, it already felt special. He walked along La Concha beach and eventually discovered you could hike up Monte Urgull. He decided to save that adventure for later, so they could experience it together. On his way back to the Airbnb, he passed a cathedral and felt something tell him to go inside. A mass was taking place, so he sat down quietly and said a prayer — mostly asking for his nerves to calm down because he was absolutely panicking about the proposal. When he got back, Cate was already awake and deeply concerned: “Since when do you wake up before sunrise? And why was I not invited to this historic event?” Little did she know… The next morning, they woke up early together, and Eduardo suggested a scenic walk along La Concha — all the way to Monte Urgull.
