Rooms have been reserved for our guests at Tru by Hilton Raleigh Garner. Rooms can be booked at the discounted rate until July 9, 2025. Please use the following link to receive the discounted rate. Check-in Time: 3:00 PM All guests arriving before the scheduled time will be accommodated, as rooms are available. The Front Desk will be happy to provide luggage storage in the event rooms are not available prior to 3:00 PM. The hotel is pleased to provide complementary parking for all guests.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Main Hotel to the Wedding Venue

August 9, 2025 4:00 pm

A shuttle will be provided from the Main Hotel to the Wedding Venue. The shuttle will leave the Main Hotel promptly at 4:00 PM. Transportation will be provided at the end of the evening back to the Main Hotel. For those who wish to drive themselves, the venue does provide ample parking spaces.
