When is the latest date to RSVP?

Answer

We are asking guests to reserve their rooms by 11/1/2026, with final payment due by 12/1/2026. The booking website for rooms is available and linked under the “Travel”tab If you have any questions about booking your room or the type of room you want (pool view, ocean view, swim out, etc) is not available please contact our travel agent Amy Jo for help

When do I need to arrive?

Answer

Keep in mind the 3 night minimum requirement from the resort! We've secured exclusive room rates just for you, available for stays from March 10-15, 2027. Simply let Amy Jo know when you submit your room request the dates you plan to stay.

How much do I have to pay to reserve my room?

Answer

A non refundable deposit of $250 per person is due to secure your room. You can make payments at anytime. Again, Final Payment is by December 1, 2026.

What type of rooms are available?

Preferred Club Deluxe Pool View King or 2 Doubles Preferred Club Deluxe Swim Up King or 2 Doubles We have elected to hold all Preferred Club rooms so that no one is left out of the extra level of service these rooms provide! If you want to opt out of these added benefits... Let Amy Jo know and she can work on getting you a basic room!

What is the dress code?

please avoid wearing white to any event including the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception. Ceremony: formal beach attire, long flowy dresses, jumpsuits or cocktail dresses in pastel colors (pink, babyblue, yellow, lavender, etc). sandals or heels. dress pants collared shirt or button down jackets optional Rehearsal dinner: semi- formal, flowy dresses floral print or pastels, sandals or heels polos collared shirt or button down, dress pants linen pants or golf shorts Welcome Party: chic tasteful resort wear. Colors: pastels preferred

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. passports are required for international travel to the Dominican. You do NOT have to have your passport to reserve your room.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana is family friendly. There is a kids club at the resort. please let us know their ages if you plan on bringing children. We would prefer any children attending be able to sit quietly throughout the ceremony or attend the kids club during that time.

Do you have a wedding registry?

yes! we are registered at amazon and target! see the registry tab on this website if you would rather contribute to our honeymoon and Home fund please feel free to do that with cash, gift cards, venmo, or cashapp!

How do I get to the resort from the airport?

Answer

For your convenience, Amy has included private transfers between the airport and the resort.
