What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is summer formal. Men are encouraged to wear a suit, and women are encouraged to wear a floor-length or tea-length dress. Bright colors, floral patterns, and airy fabrics would be perfect for this summer wedding!

what about the heat?

Answer

We know it will be very hot in July. Because of this, we have chosen to keep our outdoor ceremony as short as possible. Paper fans and paper shade umbrellas will be provided upon arrival, along with bottled water. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, and the reception will be fully indoors with air conditioning.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

No; however, the wedding will be in the City of Atlanta, and there are numerous Ubers and Lyfts available. The Inman Park MARTA station is also within walking distance of the venue. There will be absolutely no tolerance for drinking and driving at our event, as we want all guests to prioritize safety first. An Atlanta Police officer will be present to help ensure this.

What about parking?

Answer

If you choose to use a designated driver, there are plenty of free parking spaces available across the street from the venue at the Justice Center of Atlanta, Inc., located at 976 Edgewood Ave., N.E., or at Inman Park United Methodist Church, located at 1015 Edgewood Ave N.E. If you arrive early, you may be able to snag an on-site parking spot!

Due to capacity constraints, only the guests listed on the invitation can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding.

Are children invited?

Answer

This is an adults-only event. However, if you have difficulty obtaining childcare, please reach out to the bride and groom, who will happily work with you to find the best solution.

What are your recommendations for food in the area?

Answer

Are the Ceremony and the Reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! To keep things easy, everything from start to finish will be at The Trolley Barn!
