What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts right at 6pm, so please arrive between 5:30-5:45 in order to be seated in time for an on time start.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is a parking lot on the South side of the building, accessible from Canalport Ave. To use the lot, you’ll need to register through Metropolis Parking online prior to exiting. When registering, please include your contact information along with your license plate number and state of registration. https://app.metropolis.io/sign-in There is also street parking available

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, a shuttle will be provided

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

The ceremony is on the SkyDeck, weather permitting. We all know how Chicago weather in April can be, so please dress accordingly.
