Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors. June in Hood River is typically sunny and mild, with daytime temperatures around 80°F and cooler evenings near 60°F. The Gorge is known for it's gusty breezes, so we recommend bringing a light layer and wearing shoes suitable for grass to be comfortable.

Is there a dress code?

Our Welcome Party will be indoor/outdoor with a casual cocktail, date-night vibe. This can include anything from jeans to dresses. For our wedding, we’d love for our guests to have fun with formal attire. Floor-length dresses in bold colors and playful details are encouraged. Suits are requested. Most importantly, make sure your fit is dance floor approved!

Is transportation provided to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to limited parking at The Griffin House, transportation will be provided. A shuttle will depart from Hood River Inn at 3:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. After the wedding, the shuttle will depart from The Griffin House at 10:00 p.m., making a stop at Hood River Inn and then going to Whiskey Tango. The final departure from Whiskey Tango will be at 1:00 a.m., returning guests to Hood River Inn.
