It is very hard to say, as it’s mid April and we’ve been having hail storms. It’s best to be prepared for both as there are tons of fun outdoor activities. Bring sunscreen, bathing suit for the pool/hot tubs and bring lots of layers. A windbreaker is not a bad idea for the windy afternoons!
Skamania Lodge has lots of great activities including *zip lining, *disc golf, *axe throwing and pretty walks along the water. There is also great hiking/wind surfing (if that’s your thing) in the Hood River area. If you want a more relaxed, chill day, downtown Hood River and Stevenson have a bunch of cute shops and restaurants to check out. Skamania also offers a full spa and has a hot tub with quite the view. (* = need reservation)
