Yes! The Grand Beach by Diamond Resorts located on Lake Bryan directly across from our wedding venue. More information available in the Travel section.
Not at all! You are welcome to stay anywhere you want! Whether that be at home if you are local to Orlando, an Airbnb, any of the neighboring hotels, or at any of the more than 25 resorts on Walt Disney World Property!
Try Bryan's Spanish Cove by Diamond Resorts, Blue Heron Beach Resort, or Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Lake Buena Vista, an IHG Hotel. All are within walking distance to the venue and/or the Grand Beach (if you're really determined or REALLY tipsy.)
Yes! Free parking is available at Paradise Cove. Parking is also available at the Grand Beach Resort.
If you are staying at the Grand Beach Resort, transportation is provided by pontoon boat from the hotel to Paradise Cove. It is a short, slow ride just across the lake. Transportation will be provided back to the hotel by charter bus. Otherwise, free parking is available at Paradise Cove.
The Boat Shuttle will begin an hour prior to the ceremony (3:30pm-4:30pm) for a continuous loop. The Van Shuttle service will begin an hour prior to the event ending and continue to run through the breakdown (10:00pm – 12:00am).
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. If you are driving and coming from I4, we recommend you allot extra time for a tricky and congested U-turn necessary to turn into the road leading to Paradise Cove.

Black Tie Optional / Formal Attire Ladies: Dress like a Star and shine! We have a celestial theme with photo opportunities to match so break out those red carpet worthy gowns and make Joan Rivers proud. If long dresses aren't your thing, though please feel free to dress however you are most comfortable if you prefer a short cocktail dress. Gentlemen: Suit and Tie. (But hey, Billy Porter and Harry Styles rocked their style so you do you!)
We are very adamant about having an unplugged ceremony. We have invited all the close friends and family that we want to celebrate our day with. That being said, we would love all our guests to be truly present and not on their phones during our ceremony. We have awesome professional photographers and videographers who will capture every moment of our special day, so please leave the photography to them during major moments such as our ceremony first dances, and speeches. No matter what number iPhone Apple is up to in 2022, our professionals will still have the better quality images that will be made available to each and every one of our guests.
YES! Despite the reputation Florida is not always hot and humid. Definitely check the weather before deciding to what to pack! Could be 70 could be 30, who knows? Not Florida. (Not to worry, we will accommodate for the weather if chilly!)
We plan to have an informal Welcome Event at Disney Springs on Friday for our guests to pop in and out as they please to kick off our wedding weekend. We will also be in the Disney Parks on Saturday and welcome everyone who plans to spend some time in at Disney to come say hi if you see us! After the wedding on Monday, we will be having one last informal continental breakfast to see everyone before they head home. We want to spend as much time as possible with all of our friends and family traveling to our wedding - therefore we will be making our whereabouts known all weekend <3
Not to worry! This was the first question we asked - Paradise Cove sprays for all insects including mosquitos multiple times a week to be sure guests won't get bitten.
Only if you bring your own bread.
Please let us know the details of your restrictions and we will alert the caterer.
We will have masks and sanitizer available. The entire event is outdoors along the lake with plenty of fresh air and space to spread out.
We have created a custom mobile scavenger hunt using the app titled "Eventzee" that is tailor made to our wedding guest's day at Epcot & Magic Kingdom. You will need to download the app on your phone, create an account using your e-mail address, a username, and a password. Once you've created an account, the week of the wedding we will provide you with the Event Code in order to join our event. Once you've entered the Event Code, you'll be taken to the Challenge List. Tap on the Challenge you'd like to attempt and follow the instructions! We will have a myriad of questions, trivia, photos and videos you will need to take of certain people, places, and things. The questions are aimed to supplement your day at Disney, not to dictate it. It will require you to keep your eyes peeled while you are going about your day!
It is up to you. There will be questions that require entrance to both parks, but most can be answered or completed with just admission to Magic Kingdom or Epcot.
You can download the app now and explore using a Demo. Here is more information from the website! https://eventzeeapp.com/how-it-works/ https://eventzee.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/48000227456
Me too, but they're mostly rhetorical aimed at Bob Chapek.
Disney is utilizing a reservation system to manage park entry. Prior to purchasing admission, please be sure to check theme park reservation availability. We recommend purchasing your ticket and making your park reservations as soon as possible to ensure the park you wish to visit is available. The Park Hopper option allows Guests to visit more than one park per day. Guests must make a theme park reservation via the Disney Park Pass reservation system for the first park they plan to visit. After entering that first park, Guests will be able to visit the next park starting at 2 PM until each park's regularly scheduled closure.
It's true. They're now called "Lightening Lanes" and it's a feature of Genie+ . You have the option of purchasing Genie+ for $15per person per day and select the next available arrival window for SELECT (aka non-popular) Lightning Lane attractions and entertainment OR purchasing (the most popular) Lightening Lane attractions individually for a price based on the given demand that day (between $7-$15 per ride per person) Here's the kicker: The most popular rides for each park are NOT included in Genie+ and you have to purchase them separately even with Genie+ . These rides include Mine Train & Space Mountain (MK) Ratatouille & Frozen (Epcot) Runaway Railway & Rise of the Resistance (HS) Avatar & Everest (AK).
