BOOK YOUR ROOMS EARLY. August is a very busy tourism and event season in this region. We recommend booking through one of our room blocks (see below) sooner rather than later. Although there are several options, some of the blocks expire months before our wedding and rooms are limited. Our venue is 3 hours north of NYC. See below for nearest Amtrak train station.

Shuttles will be available Friday and Saturday. Buses will pick up and drop off at: - Beekman Arms/Delamater Inn, Rhinebeck NY - Hotel Kinsley, Kingston NY - Best Western, Kingston NY Ubers/Taxis are not a viable option in this rural region, so please plan travel and accomodations accordingly. (Please check back for shuttle schedules!)
