When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible as we will likely need to update the hotel room block as there will also be a PGA Golf Tournament on the property.

Are there other wedding events I'm invited to?

We will be hosting a welcome drinks on Thursday, November 14th at the Fairmont Mayakoba. Beer, wine and tacos will be served from 5PM-7PM at the Adult Pool.

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or the reception?

Answer

All of our wedding events will take place at the Fairmont Mayakoba. Accommodations, spa, dining venues, beaches and nearby golf course are all easily accessible by foot or resort shuttle.

How should I get to the hotel from the airport?

We suggest all of our guests to arrange private transfers with the hotel. Please contact the resort concierge ahead of time myk.concierge@fairmont.com or book directly with the travel agency located at the hotel www.maritur.com

What should I wear?

Answer

For the welcome drinks, please wear beach attire (linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, sundresses, maxi dresses). For the wedding, please wear cocktail attire (cocktail dresses, formal beach dresses, suits, jackets and slacks). Please note the wedding ceremony and cocktails will take place on the sand and the reception will be on a grass lawn.

When should I travel?

In order to secure the special room rate, there is a 3 night minimum. We'd love to celebrate with our guests from Thursday, November 14th - Sunday, November 16th. All guests can use the reduced room rate from November 11th - November 20th should you wish to extend your stay!

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

There is a package called “Appetite for Luxury” and guests can add it for an additional nightly charge as follows: $120.00 per adult (over 17 years old) $80.00 for children of 12 to 17 years old $60.00 for children of 6 to 11 years old Children from 5 years and younger: Complimentary staying with their parents Includes: +Buffet Breakfast at La Laguna Restaurant +Lunch & Dinner a la carte in the on-site restaurants +Unlimited Call Bar brand beverages at their bars and restaurants (served by the glass) Exclusions: Café Maya, El Camaleón (club house and golf course), In Room dining, Willow Stream Spa, Banquet Services, food and beverage at Rosewood, Andaz or Banyan Tree. This package should be added for all the guests in the room. As a second option, there is a special rate to the Buffet Breakfast at La Laguna restaurant for two adults with an additional charge of $45.00 per day. Once at the resort, the buffet costs $30.00 per person.
