Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15, 2025.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through our website under the RSVP tab on the website, or by mailing your RSVP card back to us.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. We suggest arriving by 5pm to give yourself time to find a seat and settle in.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is formal. Please see our schedule page for details and suggestions for what to wear. If you have additional questions, please reach out to Elizabeth Chiaramonte.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to have an unlimited number of seats at our wedding, but we ask that you only bring a date if that has been specified on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to have all of our loved ones bring their children to our special day, but unless otherwise specified on your invitation, we politely request no children attend. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have options on our dinner menu to accommodate for most dietary restrictions/allergies. If you have a specific allergy, please reach out to Catherine to further discuss.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle from Bozeman and from Livingston to take our guests to and from the Lodge.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside. There will be clear signage to lead you to our ceremony. The reception will be held inside the lobby of Sage Lodge.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In Montana, the average temperatures in August ranges anywhere from the 50s to the 80s. Please check your weather apps or online before packing for your trip! We suggest bringing layers (a wrap or formal jacket), especially for those wearing dresses, as the temperature significantly drops once the sun has gone down.

Question

Where should I sit for the ceremony?

Answer

We are so excited that you all are taking the time to join us, and we encourage you to get to know everyone. Please sit wherever you are most comfortable for the ceremony. We will not have sides designated for the bride and groom's guests. The first few rows will be reserved for Catherine and Hayden's immediate family and wedding party.

Question

Where should I sit for the reception?

Answer

As you walk into the reception space, you will be able to see your table number listed.

Question

Can I take photos on my phone?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos. Our photographers and videographers will be capturing the magic of the day, and we are happy to share all of their content with you after the wedding. During the reception, we encourage you to take photos and videos and share them with us throughout the night through the QR code that will be posted.

Question

Will the altitude in Montana affect me?

Answer

If you are coming from sea level, please be advised that the Bozeman/Livingston/Paradise Valley area ranges from about 4,500 to 5,000 feet in elevation. To avoid altitude sickness/sensitivity, please hydrate and drink alcohol responsibly. Additionally, don't forget to wear sunscreen!
