FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 31, 2026.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Whether it’s a friend, a partner, or someone in between, we’d love for you to bring a plus one. We came together thanks to the wedding of our dear friends Cecilia and Stian, so nothing would make us happier than if our celebration became part of someone else’s love story too. Just make sure to RSVP for your plus one as well.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code's theme is Mediterranean Black Tie Glam. This is Black Tie with personality: Think vibrant colours, romantic silhouettes, and fashion-forward fun. We’re talking flowy fabrics, bold pastels, and tropical tones, like sorbet pink, citrus orange, buttery yellow, soft green, or dreamy lilac. Floor-length dresses, statement suits, and your best evening style, with a playful, sun-drenched twist. But no white or red.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy a well-deserved night out!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’re planning a casual welcome get-together on Saturday, May 30th. It’ll be a fun chance to say hello before the big day. More details coming closer to the date. :)

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’re so grateful you’re making the trip to celebrate with us! If you can swing a few extra days off, we highly recommend spending time in Lisbon, it’s the perfect excuse for a little getaway. For the best Lisbon experience, we suggest staying in the city centre, especially in neighbourhoods like Rato, Príncipe Real, or Saldanha. If you prefer to stay closer to the venue for the night, Alenquer is a charming option known for its vineyards. It's perfect if you're after a relaxed stay with great wine and countryside views.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there’s parking at the venue! With that said, we’ll be providing transport to and from Lisbon’s city centre, so you can just sit back and enjoy the day. Alternatively, you’ll find taxis and Ubers easily available.
