What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive to the ceremony at 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, with cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Sapphire Creek Winery.

What is the dress code?

We ask that guests adhere to black tie optional / formal attire standard.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor/outdoor, and the reception (seating) will be indoor.

Where should I park?

Sapphire Creek has valet parking. They'll take care of it!

When do I need to book the Cleveland Marriott East hotel by?

Answer

You can book the hotel up to three weeks before the wedding date to get the discounted group rate! If you wait any longer, the room will be given away to the public.

Can I take my child to the wedding?

Answer

Children are allowed but we kindly ask to leave your baby/infant at home.
