The wedding will be held at the Hawthorne House, which is in Parkville, MO. This is very conveniently located 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City.
Our dress code is garden party formal. Think elegant garden party—light, airy, and joyful. Men can wear a tux if they have one or dark suit with ties, and women can choose a floor length dresses, cocktail dress, or chic spring look. We just want everyone to feel festive and comfortable as we celebrate together!
We would love for children to be part of our special day! To help everyone enjoy the evening, we have arranged for childcare and a separate space where kids can play and have fun. If you plan to bring your little ones, please let the bride or groom know in advance so we can plan accordingly for meals and childcare.
