Other than the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on Saturday from 4:00-10:00 Friday evening there will be live music (public to the conference grounds) and drinks available for purchase from 6:30-9:00 near the "campus circle" (see map link below). We will get a fire pit going at from 7:00-10:00pm at the BBQ area near campus circle. Once we get out of the rehearsal dinner we will be hanging out there enjoying the music and sunset- please join us! Look at you go, you spotted one of our stress points Not to worry, if your room is ready early you may have the opportunity to check-in early but I wouldn't count on it. Fortunately, we've reserved a room ("Marlin") where guests are welcome to store their luggage. Once the ceremony is over, grab a drink, handle your check-in, drop your luggage off, settle your nerves from that heart-wrenching ceremony, and then make your way back to cocktail hour. Cat and I plan to take a private moment on the beach after the ceremony to soak in the fact that we've just gotten married before we're treading the water of the chaos of the remaining festivities, so handling your check-in is perfectly appropriate at this time.
Cocktail attire
If you want to accent your outfit to match our colors: sage green, dusty rose, navy blue, and dark green will all work well. Our theme is tied to nature and the outdoors. Don't overthink it. You're gonna look great. Except you, Carson. You'll look fantastic.
The ceremony starts at 4:00. If it were me, I'd aim to show up at around 3:00, just to account for parking and/or traffic delays. If you get here early, there's a lot to see on the grounds and you're free to explore and if your room is ready early, they might let you check-in.
