Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to capacity limitations at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your save the date/wedding invitations. Your invitation will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no children. Due to limited space, this will be an adults only affair, with the exception of the groom’s nephew. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are kindly asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony. This way our guests can be 100% present during our ceremony. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you want. Our photographer is amazing, and we will be more than happy to share her photos of our ceremony with you :)

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code will be cocktail attire. This includes sports coats and slacks, formal jumpsuits, and cocktail dresses. Please no shorts or jeans, and kindly avoid wearing whites or creams.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the lawn, weather permitting.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to park & find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?
Answer
Yes, there is ample parking at both the ceremony and reception sites. Attendants will be present at Lareau to assist guests with parking. If needed, please feel free to leave your car overnight at Lareau.

Is there transportation after the reception?
Answer
There are no Ubers or ride shares in the area, so we have arranged transportation with a local bus company. Transportation will be provided from Lareau back to the hotels where we have secured room blocks. Buses will be leaving Lareau at 10:00pm and 12:00am. Guests can leave their cars overnight at Lareau.
