We met in high school and were in the same grade. We were always aware of each other but became better friends our junior year. We graduated in 2005 and both went our separate ways. We ended up reconnecting on Facebook in January of 2013. Our first date was for burgers at DLUX and then out for some drinks afterwards and the rest is our great love story that has a very happy ending.

10-22-2017 Abner planned a surprise weekend camping at Devils Lake. Our first day there he forced me to climb to the top of a huge rock. Once I made it to the top he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I don't even remember what else he said, I just remember saying yes and having a huge smile on my face the rest of the weekend. We are excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you all!
