I don’t see the RSVP tab, where can I RSVP?

Answer

If you can’t see the RSVP tab yet, it’s because RSVP isn’t available yet and we may still be working out some issues before you can RSVP. Before the invites are sent out the RSVP tab will be up and running! Thanks for your patience :)

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will be having an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We are so excited that you'll be joining us, and we want you to relax and be fully present for our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer who will capture every moment, and we'll make sure you see those photos/videos as soon as we do! With this in mind, we ask that you refrain from photos/videos during the ceremony; for the reception? Go wild!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa 3030 Holiday Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the Ocean View Terrace. The reception will take place in the Ocean Ballroom The ceremony and reception will be wheel chair accessible.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be overnight and non overnight parking options available at the location of the wedding. Parking options for our guests: - $15.00 valet or self-park NOT OVERNIGHT for those in our room block: - Overnight self parking at $25.00 per car/per night - Overnight valet parking at $55.00 per car/per night For those not staying in our block: - Overnight self-park $50.00 - Overnight valet $55.00

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held out doors, if weather permits. Otherwise, ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors. Reception will take place indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have a room block at the location of the wedding, Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa. For more info on the room blocks and other hotel recommendations please visit the travel tab.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Event attire is formal. For women, formal attire can include a floor-length gown, formal cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit. Men can wear a suit with a tie, or a tuxedo.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

We ask guests to avoid the color white or any color that may resemble white. We also ask guests to avoid the color cobalt/sapphire blue as our bridal party will be wearing this color. Otherwise, guests shall feel free to wear any color they prefer.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

South Florida in general can get pretty hot and humid. Expect the weather to be between 68-83 degrees. We will be providing refreshments during the ceremony to help combat the heat. For the cocktail hour a full open bar will be available as well as multiple light bites.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, the only kids that will be in attendance are those in the wedding party. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrée.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes, there will be accommodations for those guests with allergies and or dietary restrictions. PLEASE inform us of any accommodations through the RSVP tab. If there are any further dietary questions please feel free to reach out to Isabella at 954-540-5426.

Yes there will be an open bar

Will there be coffee and tea?

Answer

Yes coffee and an assortment of hot teas will be available.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can go to the registry tab to send us a gift to our home or contribute to our newly wed fund. We will also have a wedding card box at our reception.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the ceremony about 45 min before the start time. This will give you plenty of time to park, find a good seat and enjoy some of the light refreshments. Please be sure to arrive to the ceremony at least 15 min before ceremony starts as guests arriving any later than 10 min prior to start will not be allowed into the ceremony and will have to join the guests at the cocktail hour.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes there will be a cocktail hour that lasts an hour. During this time small bites and a open bar will be available.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?

Answer

Please visit the things to do tab for any and all recommendations of things to do while in town.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

During the ceremony we ask that no pictures or videos are taken or posted. We would like to to have an unplugged ceremony so that we can get great professional pictures and all be really in the moment. As for the reception feel free to take and post any photos and or videos.

All wedding information will be on this website and kept as up to date as possible.
