Is There a Dress Code?

We invite you to dress up with us for our big day! Our wedding attire is semi-formal. Please no jeans, t-shirts, athletic wear, sneakers, and shorts be saved for another occasion.

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our ceremony and reception adults-only. We hope this gives you the opportunity to enjoy a night out celebrating with us.

Are there any room blocks available and how do I access them?

Answer

Yes, we have blocked off rooms with the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites in Fargo. Please utilize the "Travel" tab for booking!

Will there be shuttles to and from the Hotel?

Answer

Yes, The Clubhouse Hotel & Suites is offering shuttles to and from the Reception.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, invitations will be extended to named guests only.

Will there be parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, both Trinity Lutheran and the RiverHaven will have parking available. Parking at the RiverHaven is permitted overnight, the venue just asks that cars are picked up by mid morning the following day.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors. Weather permitting, the social hour will take place outdoors on the patio, featuring a central fireplace and patio heaters. Dinner and dancing will follow indoors.

Are Photos allowed during the Ceremony and can I post to Social Media

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take photos and enjoy the celebration!
