Question

What COVID-19 precautions will be taken at the wedding venue?

Answer

In order to keep our immunocompromised guests safe, we strongly encourage that all of our guests receive a COVID-19 vaccination prior to our wedding date. The ceremony and reception will take place both outside and indoors. We did this to build in flexibility for our event should the ongoing pandemic worsen before our big day. At this time, masks are not being required by the venue. However, we will continue to update everyone as our big day gets closer. Although masks are not required, if it would make you feel more comfortable, please do wear them.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP, or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, February 25th using the RSVP link on the website.

Question

Why can I not find any gifts under your registry?

Answer

After living together for two years now, we feel as though we have everything we need to start and celebrate our lives together. Therefore, instead of a traditional wedding registry, we have decided to do a charity wedding registry. A charity wedding registry is a great way to give back to others and share some of the charities, causes, and organizations that we care most about. For those that still wish to provide a little something to us, we have also set up a Honeymoon Fund. For more information on the charities we selected, please check out the "Charities" tab on our website.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Athentic Brewing Company in Athens, GA. Please see the "Schedule" tab for more information.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available and free on site.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be both indoors and outdoors. We have chosen a venue that offers both indoor and outdoor options to build in additional flexibility for safety given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses to sandals to jeans and tees. The wedding party will be dressed up for the ceremony, but we plan to change into more comfortable clothes for the reception to follow.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block for guests, however, we have provided some hotel recommendations. Please see the "Travel" section of our website for more information.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be an option to provide more information on your dietary restrictions. However, because Matt and Castle both have dietary restrictions, most of the food will be dairy and gluten free. If you have additional dietary restrictions, please provide that information on your RSVP.

Question
