When should I book my accommodations?
Answer
We are so incredibly grateful for those traveling in to celebrate our special day with us! Due to the popularity of Colorado in the summer hotels sell out very quickly, so we recommend booking your stay as soon as possible.

What Is The Attire For The Wedding?
Answer
Attire for the evening reception is black tie optional. Men, feel free to wear a suit or tux, and women feel free to wear a formal or cocktail midi or full-length dress.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
June in the mountains is a beautiful time of year! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Do I still need to choose a hotel location for buses even if I am not staying there?
Answer
Yes. Everyone is required to take a bus to and from the wedding. The only two bus pick up locations are the hotels where we have room blocks. Please RSVP for the hotel location closest to you. Please refer to the Travel page on the website for your closest hotel.

Is Parking Available At The Venue?
Answer
Limited parking is available upon request. Shuttle buses will be required for all guests both to and from the ceremony.

Can I Bring A Plus One?
Answer
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Am I Allowed To Bring My Child/Baby?
Answer
While we love your little ones, due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate children that are formally listed on your invitation. We hope to give you enough time to make plans necessary so you can enjoy the time with us!
