Question

Where is the vow renewal taking place?

Answer

All events will take place at the cabin located at 1901 Cuddy Canyon Rd, Frazier Park, CA 93225. The ceremony and dinner party will be held outdoors, with marked signs and people to guide you.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The vibe is semi-formal with fall flair! Think navy, copper, warm autumn tones — dresses, skirts, dressy blouses, trousers, polos, button-downs, and formal shoes are perfect. 👠 Tip: It’s an outdoor event, so choose shoes you can comfortably wear on grass or gravel. For more ideas for attire, please refer to our Guest Inspo page.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:45 PM on Saturday, October 11th to ensure you’re seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM.

Question

Can I stay at the cabin for the weekend?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved the property for up to 110 guests from Friday to Sunday. It’s a camp-style setup, so here’s what to know: Bring your own tent, sleeping bags, linens, and pillows. There are some mats available (first come, first served). Shared bathrooms and kitchen will be accessible to all.

Question

What is the cost to stay for the weekend?

Answer

It’s $70 per person, any age, for the full weekend (Friday–Sunday). This helps cover food, drinks, activities, and the cabin rental. Reminder: this is also for those staying off-site who plan on enjoying these festivities for the weekend. 📅 Payment is due by July 1, 2025 and your spot is not reserved until payment is received. We recommend sending payment early to secure your space! 📲 Please send payment via Venmo to: @erikaebarbosa, Cash App: $eecastillo0615, or Zelle: 831-975-0367. Question

Will kids be welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome to join in the celebration — just keep in mind the setting is outdoors and rustic, so bring anything your little ones may need.

What if I’d rather stay in a hotel?
