Wedding Party

Allison Michael

Bridesmaid

Allison is the type of friend everyone needs. She is the ultimate cheerleader, and can make you laugh over the most random things. The support she shows for the people she loves is one of her best qualities. She will be there for you in the blink of an eye and is always there whenever you need someone to talk to, laugh with, or have a shoulder to cry on. We became close friends after we both graduated high school and she has dreamt of this moment with me for years over long car rides and gas station slushees. Now that the time has finally come it’s an honor to have someone like Allison be a part of our bridal party.

Cooper Kashinski

Groomsman

Cooper is the coolest guy in our friend group. When we all were planning on hanging out together in high school I often texted him saying, "I’m not going unless you are bro" with him telling me the same thing. He loves working out and has passed his passion for it on to me. He motivates me to be healthy and strive for a good lifestyle. He is very smart and extremely fun to be around no matter what we're doing. Which is why I try to drag him along wherever I go (even to my wedding.) He's a man of few words and I am a man of many words so naturally we go together well, when he talks I listen because I know he usually has something very important to say. I’m extremely blessed to have Cooper, (SwoledupBrotein) in my life.

Brianna Bogaards

Matron of Honor

A soon to be wifey, Bri is getting married just a few short weeks before us! We met when we were camp counselors together a few summers ago, and have since then grown into great friends. Her ability to make anyone laugh is one of the best things about her. When we got engaged she said "2021 is the year of answered prayers". Knowing we are both entering a season we've prayed for and worked towards I am so happy to be able to celebrate it with her. (Partially because wedding planning should be a professional team sport)

Justin Bogaards

Groomsman

Justin has the coolest Nickname out of any of us in the friend group, (ask him about it at the wedding.) He is someone who is just as competitive as me. (It makes it that much better when I beat him in most of the things we do.) He is kindhearted and genuine, there is not a fake bone in his body. He makes an effort to show his friends he cares about them, and has done that with me. I rarely have one on one conversations with Justin but when I do he is very receptive. He wants to learn and grow and challenges me to grow as well. I am glad we will continue to stay friends as we grow older because we will be trying to hide from our wives. All jokes aside Justin is a great guy and I am glad he is my friend and my groomsmen.

Haleigh DeLeon

Maid of Honor

It all started at softball try-outs in third grade. I had just moved to Rockport and she was standing next to me in line. She was the second person I met after moving here and we immediatley clicked. Looking back now I can't imagine growing up without her. Aside from David and my mom, Haleigh probably knows me better than anyone else. Our inside jokes and stories from family vacations to summers at the beach are endless and ones I can't wait to grow up and share with our own families. The Hay & Kay duo has come a long way from cheer captains and sleep overs as we are now a mom and bride but I cannot imagine this special day without her by my side!

Luke Michael

Best Man

Luke is the best man at my wedding not because I was his best man but because I don't know someone more deserving of the title 'best man.' I hate bragging on him because his head gets bigger when I do but he is truly one of the best people I know. He has acted like a big brother to all of us (even when we didn't need or want him to.) I can trust Luke with anything and everything, except almost any simple task you ask him to complete. But when it matters most and all the money is on the line Luke comes in clutch. He's my brother, someone who has made an effort to show me how I special I am to him. Kaley and I are so happy to have him and his lovely wife Hannah join us in our current and future endeavors.

Hannah Michael

Matron of Honor

Hannah and I were destined to be friends before we even met. David and her husband, Luke, have been friends forever. The two of them have grown up always saying their wives would be best friends too. She is one of the most beautiful people inside and out. She has the best heart and although we didn't grow up together it sometimes feels like it in the way we do or say things. When I first met her I told that we would be planning super bowl parties together one day as a joke from the dream David and Luke had. Many double dates and Friday night dinners later though, I'm glad their plan worked out and I'm so happy to have her by my side on my wedding day and many game days to come.

Luis Trujillo

Groomsman

Luis and I lived down the road from each other and we hung out every day for 2 summers straight. In those two summers I learned to love Luis for how funny and easy going he was. We have close birthdays but since mine is a couple days before his I always looked to him as my little brother. Now in our 20's he's no longer my little brother but someone I learn from through every conversation we have. Not to mention he's easily the goofiest one out of our friend group. He's the ultimate yes man (unless its gonna conflict with his 24 hour work schedule.) He is always reliable when you need him and is usually the first guy I call when I need someone to help me with my car, work, or moving something. He is a man after God's heart and having people like that is a blessing.

Joules Cox

Honor Attendant

Joules and I have been friends long before we knew how to talk or walk. Our moms were neighbors in Las Vegas and pregnant with each of us together. We are exactly four months apart and with each birthday we not only celebrate one another, but also our long standing friendship. Joules is the friend you have that's considered family more than anything. With that being said, he has always been one of my biggest supporters. It didn't matter what I was doing I could always count on a big "Way to go McMahon". We've come a long way from barbie jeeps in the front yard, but I'm so happy to have Joules be a part of our wedding day! P.S. I think "Castillo" sounds like a great new nickname

Zac Presley

Groomsman

Zac and I have been on the same basketball team together since 8th grade. (Because in 7th he was on B-team.) We have celebrated great moments together through hard work and have suffered great heartache through failure. Throughout those seasons the one constant thing was us always having each others back and being brothers on and off the court. I probably would not be pursuing a job as a basketball coach/ teacher if it wasn't for Zac showing me how fun the game could be. He is extremely smart and we always have great conversations when we are hanging out. Now in our 20's he is someone I spend 3-4 days a week with playing disc golf or video games together even though we are extremely busy with life. One day I will be his caddy when he becomes a professional disc golf player.

For all the days along the way
