Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is about 1hr. 45 minutes from the venue and lodging, but typically has cheaper flight options.

Northstar Resort by Vail Resorts

Discounted lodging on the Northstar property. We recommend booking the "Northstar Village" rooms which offer condominium and hotel room options. These accommodations are the closest to the main village and the lift to the ceremony. "Mountain" and "Ski Trails" accommodations are still within the Northstar property, but will be about a quarter mile walk to the main village.

Additional option, outside of the Northstar property room block. This is a five minute drive from the main village and lift to the ceremony.

Uber

Uber is recommended from the airport, however keep in mind the lower availability of Uber's once in the Tahoe area. We recommend renting a car if you're traveling in a group/with family, or if you'd like the freedom to explore the lake more. Ubers are hard to come by in the Tahoe area, life is much slower out by the lake :)

Shuttle services from the venue will be arranged for scheduled events and will be communicated at a later date. Lodging is on-site of the ceremony venue.
