We had a block of rooms that could only be held until September 5th for the discounted wedding price. You may still try and call the hotel to book reservations if you are interested! As of September 17th they do have 1 double bed Queen/Queen suite and an abundance of King suites available! Hot breakfast included Hotel check in is typically 3:00PM - feel free to call for possible earlier check in. We are going vintage vibes with a school bus for transportation to the venue from this hotel location only 🚌 There will be two pickup times from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony: - First shuttle arrives at 3:10 and departs hotel at 3:20 and will arrive at the venue around 3:40 - Second & LAST shuttle arrives at 4:00 and departs hotel at 4:10 and will arrive at the venue around 4:30 Give or take a few minutes, if you are on the second shuttle don't worry we won't start without you! There will be staggered shuttles starting to arrive from 8:30PM - 11:30PM that will be heading back and forth from the venue to the hotel! There will be 4 total and the last one will be the 11:30PM.
