FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is Dressy-Casual! We love an opportunity to get dressed up, just make sure you bring dancing shoes! Girls - there are rolling hills and grassy areas so we suggest cowgirl boots or platforms over high-heels. The weather gets cold at night in Holualoa so we suggest bringing a warm jacket and an umbrella just in case!!

Question

How do I get to the Venue & is there parking ?

Answer

We will be sending out the specific location on the wedding invitation email. There will be parking, some of it on a hill so girls wear proper shoes. Uber - We will try to keep the gate open so you could Uber to and from, however Uber's are not reliable in our area. It may be difficult to get one to pick you up. We suggest car-pooling or renting a car.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one or my children to the wedding?

Answer

If you are given a plus-one this will be included on your wedding RSVP. Please RSVP for all members of your family via our website by August 24th. If it does not say plus-one, or include family member names - our sincerest apologies as we have limited space and funds. Little one's will be included on your RSVP's if we have room for them. We will have a few nannies present at the reception to help with the kids corner. There will be activities for the kids - including a jumping castle, lawn games, & scavenger hunt! Just please plan accordingly as the main house WILL NOT be available for guests or tired children. We suggest booking your own babysitter to relieve you if you'll want your kids to go home at a reasonable hour while you stay and party with us!! Malihini Keiki Care - Is a nanny service that has incredible sitters. Cassy worked for them for years! Their website is mkcare.com

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Although TJ and Cassy are both from the Big Island, they currently reside in a little condo in Napili, Maui. Getting gifts from one island to the other can be tricky for them so they'd prefer a donation to their honeymoon fund!! If you insist on a gift they'd love for you to ship directly to them. See registry for more information. Mahalo!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be some delicious cocktails, beer, and some wine available for our guests that drink. If you are particular about your beverages, please feel free to bring your own as this is a private residence and allowed! Non-Alcoholic Guests - don't worry we've got you covered! There will be delicious mock-tails, sparkling water, coffee, and tea available all evening!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better please! We know that it's hard to plan in advance sometimes, but the sooner we know if you're coming the sooner we can solidify a kick-ass party for our loved ones. RSVP's need to be in no later than August 24th please! This way we can solidify details on our end! We can't wait!!!

Question

Do I have to attend if I was invited?

Answer

Of course not! We ABSOLUTELY understand how expensive it is to travel for a wedding. We would obviously love to have you there, but there is no pressure on our end whatsoever to make it! Please just let us know ASAP via RSVP's so we can plan accordingly! Thank you!
